Q: Do you sell your card sets internationally?

A: Yes. For sales outside the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, we recommend ordering through Amazon.com. They are able to offer much cheaper international shipping rates than we can. If you would prefer to order directly through us, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


Q: Do you offer discounts for group orders?

A: Yes, please see our Discount Policies for detailed information.


Q: Where else are your products offered for sale?

A: In addition to our web store, our products are available in the Amazon.com, the VIN Store, and select veterinary bookstores. Our app is available through the iTunes App Store and in the Google Play store.


Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing to bookstores?

Q: I got a new iPhone(or iPad). I already purchased your cards, but when I sync to my new device the cards I bought throug the app are not there. How do I redownload my cards into your app?

A: You need to go into the app on your new device and select the volume(s) you have already purchased from the "Add cards" section. When it asks if you want to purchase the card set, click yes - You WILL NOT be charged again for the same cards. It will then download the sets that you have already purchased, and you are ready to go!

Q: I got a new iPad and I already have your cards on my iPhone - can they be on multiple devices?

A: Yes - you can have all of the cards you have purchased on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, all at the same time. After you have added the starter app to your new device, you need to go into the app and select the volume(s) you have already purchased from the "Add cards" section. When it asks if you want to purchase the card set, click yes - You WILL NOT be charged again for the same cards. It will then download the sets that you have already purchased, and you are ready to go!
