Return Policy

Orders can be returned unopened and in new condition for up to 14 days after the order has been received, based on the date of delivery confirmation. If the order is returned in the above mentioned condition, a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued.

If the order is damaged on arrival, please contact us and submit a digital picture of the damaged box. In such cases we can offer to exchange the card set or return the set for a full refund. In all other cases, no refunds will be issued for returned box sets that have been opened or damaged.
